Because honey is a natural, consumable food product, our refund policy follows strict food safety and hygiene standards.


Honey Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used honey jars are non-refundable.

However, we are happy to offer a replacement or full refund in the following cases:

  • The honey arrives damaged or leaking

  • You receive an incorrect product

  • The product arrives defective or compromised

  • The jar is unopened, unused, and sealed, and you request a return within the allowed timeframe


Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  • 📸 Capture clear photos of the product and packaging

  • 📲 Send the photos via WhatsApp to our customer service representative at:

  • ⏱ Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

Once verified, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement product, at no additional cost.

  • A brief description of the issue
